You’ve probably never planned anything quite like a wedding. And you probably want to keep your wedding day as relaxed and stress-free as possible. There are a whole lot of people who have to be in certain places at specific times, so you’ll find a wedding schedule helps!

Practical Tips:

Write a schedule! Make it as simple as you can by putting ‘time’, ‘location’ and a brief note of what needs to happen.

Write several schedules! You probably have several different vendors attending your wedding day (make-up artist, hairdresser, florist, wedding cars, musicians, DJ, videographer, photographer etc), and sometimes it all gets a bit crazy if you put everything into one schedule. Provide a specific schedule to each vendor, telling them where to be and when, and that helps to avoid confusion.

I’ll spend more time with you than any other vendor, so we’ll sit down and write the photography schedule together. It helps if you have a brief outline of times and locations ready for the pre-wedding meeting.

Sit back and relax. If everyone knows the plan, you can relax and enjoy every minute of your wedding day. There are always a few last-minute changes or adjustments to make, but with good planning you can take these in your stride.
